While serving his country on the Iraqi battlefield, Staff Sergeant Allen Hill was nearly killed by a roadside bomb. Today, Sergeant Hill suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Noise can trigger traumatic flashbacks. SSGT Hill spent about a year in treatment away from his family. In early August of 2011, Serious Energy joined hands with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to help build a comfortable and quiet home using the Quiet Soundproofing System to reunite the Hill Family and welcome him home.
