How is QuietRock EZ-SNAP technology done?

Serious Energy has developed an advanced gypsum core technology that is split down the center.  Patterned viscoelastic polymers are applied to the inside of the boards and the 2 boards are pressed back together.  The edges are then sealed with a special non-removable tape.  This process incorporates brand new gypsum core technology which offers strength, enhanced fire resistance, and better score and snap than standard gypsum boards.  This product is created in an automated factory and entirely made in the U.S.A.
